My 15 Seconds Competition
This is fun way of getting our youngsters to learn and appreciate the Emirati culture through the Qasr Al Hosn Festival.
This is a simple competition that uses videos as a link between the past and the present summarizing the UAE’s heritage in the form of a short story. The clip should showcase the Qasr Al Hosn fort, cultural aspects of the festival and the story of our ancestors.
You are all invited to participate in the ‘My 15-Seconds Competition’ and send us your stolen moments of the Festival which you’ve captured on your camera lenses.
Follow these simple steps to take part in the contest:
Step 1: Shoot your 15-second video with a Festival landmark in the background
Step 2: Upload the video on your Instagram account during the festival days.
Note: Tag the Qasr Al Hosn Festival account on Instagram (@qasralhosn) and #QasrAlHosnCompetitions in your video. Each participant can only send one video per day
Step 3: The best video will win daily an exciting prize.
Winners will be announced on Qasr Al Hosn's social media channel, and contacted to receive their prizes.
Contest Duration: The competition will run throughout the festival duration from February 3 until February 13.
Note to winners: Please claim your prizes before 29 February 2016.
Participating age groups: Participation is only open to everyone.
